How long does setup take?

Most clubs are live within an afternoon — claim a subdomain, drop in your logo and colors, import your roster from a CSV or spreadsheet. We offer free white-glove migration on the Club tier and above.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes — and we recommend it. Every tenant starts on a free {club}.crtfy.app subdomain, and Club tier and above can map a custom domain like events.yourclub.com with one-click DNS verification. Your members see your URL, not ours.

What racquet sports do you support?

Courtify is sport-agnostic at the bracket level — padel, tennis, pickleball, squash, and badminton clubs all use the same engine. Doubles, singles, and mixed formats are first-class.

Do players need to install anything?

No. Players join via a public link or QR code. They see your branded page, register, and check in — no app, no account. Optional player accounts unlock match history and ranking.

How do tournament formats work?

Three core formats out of the box: single elimination, single elim with a consolation back draw, and groups + playoffs. All formats support seeding, byes, and walkovers.

What about payments?

Stripe Connect is built in. Charge entry fees, membership dues, or season passes directly into your club’s account. We take 0% — you pay only Stripe’s standard processing fee.
